As an on air personality for HBCU Buzz Radio, we are looking for individuals who are able to both entertain and educate our listeners. They will be the face and representation of our radio program and will need to take the content to the next level!
An on air personality should be able to:
- Prepare and successfully deliver on a variety of topics (ie. News, entertainment, politics, fashion) for a full hour long show
- Study background information in order to prepare programs and interviews for air
- Make promotional appearances at events on behalf of HBCU Buzz to promote the brand
The qualities we are looking for in our on air personalities are favorably those with majors that are English, journalism, communications, or media related, 2.5 cumulative G.P.A, and a team player who is well connected on their campus as well as surrounding community.
