Spike Lee’s “School Daze” is an iconic film, not just for the manner in which it explores race in the late-’80s, but for its sense of style, soundtrack and classic scenes. From the big Jiggaboos vs. Wannabees dance number to the step-show showdown, School Daze is full of quotables that anyone of the old-schol hip-hop generation knows by heart.
