Two former Texas Southern University players, one male and one female, have been charged with theft after the home of TSU men’s basketball coach Tony Harvey was ransacked. Warrants have been issued for the arrests of 23-year-old Whithworth Treasure of Cypress and 22-year-old Jasmine Payen of Houston. Both are charged with theft.
