Flatforms vs. Platforms

By Khadijah Williams “Queenoftheglam”

The platform wave dates back before the 1970’s. They still remain an all around hit! Now there’s a “flatform” YES you read it right, a flatform. This new sensation is all the rave and is a popular trend, says all the top magazine publications. As for myself, I’m not sure how I feel about them but it has stolen the show! It can’t compare to a platform but it’s definitely a competitor, let top editors tell it. I wonder if we’ll catch any ladies strutting across the yard to class in these?! My main concern with any shoe is comfort. I don’t know about you ladies but me and platforms mix because they give you both height and comfort! It’s truly the best of both worlds. On the other hand flat shoes tend not be the most comfortable because the lack of arch. I haven’t personally tried on a flatform but I am a skeptic of them.
Will they hurt, be narrow or wide enough?
Only the daring girl could try this new phenomenon out for herself.
Will that daring diva be you? What’s your personal take on these sensational flatforms?
All in all, they’re a modern take on an age-old classic! I could see these being a huge hit in for the risk takers. It reminds me of an espadrille something you’d catch someone on a nice summer day wearing with a quirky spend of course! YOU be the judge.
