HBCU President in Kentucky gives 100% of his salary back to the university. Pastor Kevin Cosby out of Louisville, KY is also the president of Simmons College, the 107th HBCU in the nation and one of the fastest-growing universities in the country.
His efforts to get his congregation to back the funding and development of an HBCU represent a model of economic development that should be considered all around the country.
