Natasha Johnson – Chief Human Resources Officer
Johnson is a proud alumna of Tennessee State University, with more than 20 years of HR leadership experience across industries including healthcare, entertainment, and higher education. In addition to running her own HR consulting firm, she has been teaching courses in HR management at TSU. Johnson earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Foreign Languages at TSU, an MBA from Lipscomb University, and a Doctor of Business Administration degree from Jacksonville University. Her leadership is expected to modernize HR systems and enhance employee recruitment and retention.
