Those students who display high-performing skills will be qualified for recruiting into the program. JCSU students will complete their JCSU degree requirements, and by the end of their junior year, those qualified can then enter the law program at the Charlotte School of Law.
JCSU President Ronald Carter states: “We appreciate the opportunity with Charlotte School of Law in a program that combines a quality liberal arts education with studies in the field of law.”
Students that want to join the program will be required to have a minimum SAT score of 900 and GPA of at least 3.0. This program will allow the students to dedicate all time and efforts into school and bringing down the cost of tuition with the start of this program, where within six years one earns both degrees, while average take eight years.
