A Georgia Bureau of Investigation report Wednesday stated that a medical examiner using dental records officially identified Taylor Clayton Terrell as the body recovered from the Flint River on Sept. 18.
Earlier, the GBI listed Terrell’s cause of death as drowning. The manner of death remains part of the investigation, officials said.
