Like a Boss will hit theaters tomorrow, Jan. 10, but earlier this week, exclusive screenings popped up across the country. #LikeaBossMovie
Ladies in Atlanta, Ga, Washington D.C. and Houston, Tx were treated to a sold-out, free ladies night out unlike any other. As the private screening opened its doors, the sounds of Kelis’ famous track, “I’m Bossy,” could be heard, setting the vibe for about 300 lucky ladies in 3 different cities. Alumni, college students, and members of Alpha Kappa Alpha and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. represented their schools and organizations as they filled the theaters.
Attendees were automatically entered into a door raffle, with prizes and giveaways including an official movie poster, exclusive holographic Like A Boss bag and even dozens of $25 giftcards to Sephora. It wasn’t all fun and games though, the host of the evening challenged ladies to define what makes them feel like a boss and a few ladies even took to the mic to share before the movie began.
