Winston-Salem State University — Ramstv

Led by team captain Hurley Williams III, Ramstv represents Winston-Salem State University with a campus-inspired opening sequence that follows a student discovering the people, traditions, and experiences that define Ram life.

Each stop brings an unexpected encounter, from performances and Greek strolls to athletics, campus royalty, and everyday student activities. Using the official A Different World theme song, the team brings these moments together in a celebration of WSSU’s creativity and community.

The submission features recognizable landmarks, including the statue of university founder Simon Green Atkins and the WSSU Clock Tower. Classroom scenes, recreation spaces, and appearances by student performers and organizations offer a glimpse into the many sides of the Ram experience.
