Study Abroad: Studying abroad not only helps you get ahead in school, but it also looks good on your resume while having fun visiting another country. Studying abroad will help you force you to embrace another culture.
Community Service: Spring break is a good time to give back to the community and also earn some of those volunteer hours.
Interviewing for job: While everyone else is on vacation, go ahead and get a good start on looking for a summer job, or a career after graduation.
Fun in the Sun: Whether it’s just making time to lay out in the back yard or going to the beach, make some time to receive a little sunlight.
Spend some time with family: Visit some relatives you haven’t seen in a while, or maybe just take some time to hang with siblings that probably miss you (even though they won’t admit it). Family always misses college students!
Take a Road Trip: Plan a road trip with some fellow students and make a few memories you can look back and laugh on.
Visit some friends from home: Sometimes it’s nice to catch up with old friends from high school and check on each other.
Finish something you’ve started: Maybe you never got to finish that book over Christmas break, or maybe you meant to clean up something. Either way, spring break is a good time to finish things.
Study: Don’t forget that after a week you still have to go back to class. Make sure you make time to study and do homework so you won’t be completely behind when you get back to class.
Relax!: No matter what you do, spring break shouldn’t be stressful. Make sure you take some time to yourself to “destress” so you’ll be refresh and ready to return back to class.
